Lustyn is a social media and dating platform operated by Lustyn Ltd (Company No. SC861042, Scotland). We connect people through shared interests, location-based discovery, and meaningful social interactions. Our platform enables users to create profiles, discover compatible matches, share content, and build genuine connections.

We are a technology platform, not a content creator. All content on Lustyn is user-generated. We do not produce, sell, or profit from adult content. Our role is to provide the technical infrastructure for social networking and dating while maintaining a safe, inclusive community.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
  • You must be legally permitted to use social networking and dating services in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate, current information during registration and keep your account details updated.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

  • Safe Browsing: Users can enjoy the full Lustyn experience without ever encountering adult content if they choose not to enable it.

4. Platform Purpose & Community Standards

  • Premium benefits begin immediately upon purchase
  • Charges may appear as "LSTN MEDIA" or similar neutral descriptor

6. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

Lustyn promotes positive social interactions. The following activities are prohibited:

Illegal & Harmful Content:

  • Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge content
  • Content depicting violence, abuse, or illegal activities
  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups
  • Doxxing, threats, or sharing private information without consent

Commercial Restrictions:

  • No commercial sexual services: Advertising, arranging, or facilitating paid sexual services is strictly prohibited
  • No unauthorized commercial promotion or spam

Platform Integrity:

  • You must have rights to all content you upload
  • Content featuring other people requires their explicit consent
  • Adult content must be appropriately flagged and is subject to automatic content filtering
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law

Content Moderation: We use a combination of automated detection systems and human review to maintain community standards. Our AI-powered tools help identify potentially problematic content, but final decisions involve human oversight.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose risks to user safety. Upon termination, your content may be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements).
