Lustyn Terms of Service

1. What Lustyn Is

Lustyn is a free adult social networking platform where you can:

• Create a profile and share photos, videos, and posts
• Message other users
• Connect with people in the lifestyle community

Lustyn is 100% free. No subscriptions, no premium features, no hidden costs.

2. Account Rules

You Must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete age verification via Didit (requires government-issued ID)
• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password secure
• Have only one account

You Cannot:

• Share someone else's account
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Bypass our age verification or security systems

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18. We use Microsoft PhotoDNA to automatically detect and block CSAM. Violators are permanently banned and reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA).
• Any images/videos of minors: Even non-sexual content of people under 18 is prohibited.
• Non-consensual intimate content: "Revenge porn" or intimate content shared without consent of everyone depicted.
• Deepfakes: AI-generated sexual content of real people without their consent.
• Violent or extreme content: Gore, serious harm, death, torture.
• Bestiality or incest content
• Hate speech: Content promoting hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• Terrorism content
• Self-harm or suicide content
• Human trafficking or exploitation

4. Prohibited Behavior

You cannot:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
• Run scams, frauds, or phishing attempts
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Advertise escort services, prostitution, or other illegal services
• Share private information about others without consent (doxxing)
• Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics

5. Your Content

What You Keep:

You own all content you post. We don't sell your photos or videos.

What You Give Us:

By posting content, you give Lustyn permission to host, display, and distribute it on our platform to provide our service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Your Responsibility:

You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to everything you post
• Everyone in your photos/videos is 18+ and consented to being depicted and shared
• Your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights or UK law

6. How We Keep You Safe

Automated Safety Systems:

• PhotoDNA: Every image and video is automatically scanned for CSAM. Detected content is immediately blocked, deleted, and reported to the NCA.
• AWS Rekognition: Adult content is automatically detected and blurred by default (you can enable it in settings if you're 18+).

Content Moderation:

Ryan (Lustyn's founder) reviews user reports regularly. We aim to review reports promptly, typically within 24-48 hours. Child safety reports are prioritized immediately.

User Safety Tools:

• Report button on all profiles and posts
• Block button to prevent contact from specific users
• Delete your account anytime

7. Privacy & Your Data

Read our full Privacy Policy for details. Key points:

• We collect: email, username, profile info, posts, messages, location (if you enable it)
• We use it to: run the platform, keep you safe, comply with laws
• We share it with: trusted service providers (AWS, Didit), law enforcement when required by law
• We never sell your data for advertising or marketing
• You can request your data, correct it, or delete your account anytime

8. Messages Are Not Private

Important: Messages on Lustyn are stored securely but are NOT end-to-end encrypted. This means:

• Lustyn can technically access messages if needed for safety, legal compliance, or investigations
• Don't share sensitive information (passwords, financial details) in messages
• Messages may be reviewed if reported for harassment or illegal content

9. Reporting & Law Enforcement

How to Report:

Use the report button on any profile or post, or email [email protected]

What Happens:

• Reports are reviewed regularly (typically within 24-48 hours)
• Child safety reports are reviewed immediately
• Violating content is removed
• Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned

Law Enforcement Cooperation:

• CSAM is automatically reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA)
• We cooperate with lawful investigations
• We preserve evidence when legally required
• We may disclose information to prevent serious harm

10. Account Termination

You Can Leave Anytime:

Delete your account through your account settings. Your profile and posts will be removed from public view within 30 days.

We Can Terminate Your Account If You:

• Post prohibited content
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in illegal activity
• Fail age verification
• Pose a safety risk to other users

Serious violations (CSAM, threats, illegal content) result in immediate permanent bans.

11. Legal Stuff You Should Know

We Provide the Platform "As Is"

Lustyn is provided without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• The platform will always work perfectly or be error-free
• Other users are who they claim to be
• You'll find what you're looking for

You're Responsible For:

• How you use Lustyn
• Who you interact with
• Meeting people safely (if you choose to meet in person)
• Everything you post

Our Liability is Limited:

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Lustyn is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You Agree To:

Defend and compensate Lustyn if your use of the platform causes legal problems, including violations of these Terms, infringement of others' rights, or illegal activity.

12. UK Law & Compliance

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by Scottish law and UK law. Disputes will be resolved in Scottish courts.

Online Safety Act 2023:

Lustyn complies with the UK Online Safety Act. We:

• Use robust age verification to prevent under-18 access
• Have clear reporting systems for illegal content
• Remove illegal content promptly when detected or reported
• Report CSAM to the National Crime Agency
• Maintain records for regulatory compliance
• Cooperate with Ofcom (UK regulator)

Data Protection:

Lustyn is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally for legal, safety, or operational reasons. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
